Dr Karin Yosefi was raised in Vaughan, Ontario. She earned her Bachelors of Environmental Biology & Conservation at York University in Toronto before pursuing her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. During her studies, Dr Yosefi volunteered at various outreach clinics in Saskatoon by providing dental care to disadvantaged populations as a means of giving back to the community. Dr Yosefi decided to move to Calgary after graduation and has been practicing in the city since then.
Dr Yosefi practices patient-centred care and strives to make dental appointments a positive and educational experience for each of her patients. She understands patients’ desire to understand their own health and strives to facilitate informed decision-making for her patients. Dr Yosefi offers dental care in both English and Russian. In her spare time, Dr Yosefi gets outside as often as she can. She enjoys cycling, hiking, and sharing meals with her family and friends.
